Account Executive
Must be a self-starter with strong sales track-record, presentation skills and ability to work independently. The successful candidate will have 5–10 years of sales experience consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Position will be responsible for achieving quotas, generating sales quotations, maintaining sales activities database. Must be upbeat, outgoing and high-energy, with ability to travel as needed. Experience in education, government, healthcare or secure access industries helpful.
Sales Engineer
Must have ability to learn the technical aspects of our hardware and software product line. Must have desire to communicate technical information in verbal and written form to multiple levels: non-technical personnel, end users, customers, distributors, engineers and designers. Serves as communication link to promote the benefits of our products to end users and relays feature requests from the customers to the engineering and design staff. Seeking a self-starter with strong training and motivational skills who is friendly, enjoys travel, working with people and taking initiative. Position will be responsible for developing sales training material, training and motivating dealer sales teams.
Stockroom/Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Responsibilities include all stockroom, shipping and receiving activities. Skills include good organization, ability to work independently and computer proficiency with business software. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and experience working with shipping companies and international shipments.
Import/Export Specialist/Order Processor
Responsible for managing import/export program including preparation of international sales orders and for establishing and maintaining good communications with representatives, distributors and sales managers. Skills include ability to take initiative, good organization and strong communication. Requirements include a bachelor's degree and 2-5 years experience in an international sales or export customer service environment. We prefer import/export certification/credentialing.
Customer Service Engineer
Responsible for in-house bench tech work, phone tech support for customers, sales and field service engineers, off-site installations, and service calls. Conducts technical training courses for customers and sales staff. Located in Madison, position will travel domestically and internationally. Requirements include board level repair, strong mechanical/electrical ability, a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment and an Associate Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
Electronics Test Technician
Responsible for final testing of our identification/authentication equipment to meet quality standards, troubleshooting assemblies, processing repairs or assemblies in specified time period, preparing tested assemblies for customers, assisting in the building and testing of new prototypes. Must be proficient using business software. Requirements include an Associate Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
Software Engineer/Database Programming
The candidate will have experience developing client/server and web centric applications as well as Design and Development experience using Visual Basic to communicate with a relational database, preferably using ActiveX Data Objects (ADO). Other requirements include scripting, OO programming, and a strong background in database design. Required skills: Visual Basic, MS SQL or Oracle, ADO, Crystal Reports. BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required. A minimum of 3 years applicable experience, with knowledge of the MS BackOffice Suite a plus.
Software Engineer/Internet Programming
The candidate should have experience in the full development life cycle of front and back end Internet business solutions. Candidates with experience working with secure electronic transactions and encryption over the Internet will differentiate themselves. Required skills: C++ or Java, Visual Basic, ASP, IIS, InterDev, and communication protocols. BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required. A minimum of 3 years applicable experience, and knowledge of the Windows NT/2000 programming environment needed.
Software Engineer/Windows Programming
The candidate will have strong experience in the design and development of Win32 business applications using MFC. Knowledge in the use of ADO and Crystal Reports will be a plus. Required skills include: Strong Visual C++/Studio, Windows SDK, COM, and ActiveX. Windows CE experience will be a strong plus. BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required. A minimum of 3 years applicable experience, and knowledge of the Windows NT/2000 programming environment needed.
Software Engineer - Embedded Software
The embedded software engineer position is responsible for design and development of the firmware in our CombiReader product. This position requires a BS in Electronics or Computer Science and 3+ years of experience programming embedded RTOS systems. The candidate must have experience in C/C++ programming and the Windows programming/debugging environment.
Project Manager
Responsible for developing and tracking project budgets and schedules, and deployment of resources for the projects. This position requires at least 3 years of experience and a proven track record in Project Management. The candidate should have at least a Bachelor Degree in a technical field. A Background in IT is a plus. Occasional international travel will be required.
